Below are some FAQs about our on-demand content.
How do I access the on-demand content I have purchased from the Dietitians On Demand shop?
There are two ways you can access the content you have purchased.
- Click the link in your confirmation email that says, "Click here and sign in to access educational content."
- Click Access My Content in the top header bar. You may be prompted to sign in. Then, you'll be redirected to a page titled, "Student Dashboard."

Can I access all of my purchased content at once?
Yes! Click Access My Content in the top header bar. You may be prompted to sign in. Then, you'll be redirected to a page titled, "Student Dashboard." All of your content will be shown there.
How do I apply a discount code?
Discount codes are applied at checkout. See the example below. Please note, if you are a VIP Member, you cannot add any additional discounts to your order.
When I try to access my content, I get the message "You must be logged in to access this content." Help!
If you see this message, you may be prompted to create an account. Be sure to use the same email address that is associated with your previous orders.
I'm having trouble resetting my password.
If you are trying to reset your password and the system won't accept it, first be sure that you have created an account. To create an account, visit elevate.dietitiansondemand.com, click "Sign In" in the top right corner, then click "Create a New Account" in the middle of the page. Follow the steps in our tutorial video. If you are still experiencing difficulty, please email email@example.com for help.
Can I get a refund for my order?
All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for CPEU content or for swag. If your swag item is defective, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement item.
Are these continuing education programs approved by CDR?
Yes! Dietitians On Demand is accredited by CDR to provide continuing education, and all programs that include "CPEU" in the title have been approved by CDR for continuing education credit.
On the CPEU certificate, what do I need to put on the line asking for Provider Code?
This section on the CPEU certificate may be left blank. It is not required for you to include the provider code on the certificate, if the name of the organization is included.
Where are the Learning Needs Codes?
On our new continuing education programs (published on or after June 30, 2020), you’ll notice that there are no longer Learning Needs Codes listed. CDR has officially phased these out and is now exclusively using the Performance Indicators to characterize learning competencies. What does this mean for you? Performance Indicators listed on our CE programs will match with the ones you selected on your learning plan.
When do I receive my CE certificate after attending a live webinar?
The CE certificate will be available in your account. Visit the Dietitians On Demand Shop and click "Access My Content" in the top header bar. You'll be prompted to login. On your dashboard, click on the webinar. The CE certificate can be found here. Please allow up to 24 hours after the live presentation for the certificate to be added to your account.
Will I receive a recording of the live webinar?
Yes! All dietitians who register for a live webinar event will receive access to the recording, whether or not you were able to attend the live presentation. Recordings are typically available within one week of the live presentation. See below for instructions to access the recording.
I registered for a live webinar, but I wasn’t able to attend. Can I still access the webinar?
Yes! All live webinar registrations include the webinar recording. Visit the Dietitians On Demand Shop and click "Access My Content" in the top header bar. You'll be prompted to login. On your dashboard, you'll see the webinar. Recordings are typically available within one week of the live presentation.
Do you offer discounts for buying content in bulk for a team of dietitians?
Yes! Please contact us at email@example.com to make arrangements for a group. Many groups will qualify for a discount.
I am an active employee with Dietitians On Demand and am currently on an assignment. Do I receive any employee perks?
Yes! DOD employees who are currently on assignment get exclusive discounts to on-demand education and live webinars. Be sure to check you inbox for a monthly $50 discount code to use for on-demand courses. Plus you’ll get reminders to sign up for your FREE spot in our monthly live events.
