Everything You Need To Know About Our Webinars

Dietitians On Demand is excited to offer one live webinar per month and new continuing education resources weekly. Live webinar registration is accessed here on our website.

Employees currently on assignment for Dietitians On Demand are offered free early-bird registration. Notification of this registration period is via email. If you start an assignment after that early-bird registration window closes you are still able to register for free. Please request a registration from your Regional Account Manager or email

We love, love, love engaging with dietitians in our live webinar events, but also understand on-demand education may be a better fit for some. Each live webinar event is recorded and offered on-demand from the DOD Store. Below are some FAQs about both live and on-demand webinars.

How do I access the on-demand content I have purchased from the Dietitians On Demand Store?

There are two ways you can access the content you have purchased.

1. Click the link in your confirmation email that says, "Access Your Content."

2. Go to the DOD Store and click Login in the top header bar. Enter your account information. You'll be redirected to a page titled, "Order History." Click on individual order numbers, then click "My Downloadable Files" in the bottom lefthand corner. See below.

Can I access all of my purchased content at once?

Yes! Go to the DOD Store and click Login in the top header bar. Enter your account information. You'll be redirected to a page titled, "Order History." Scroll down to the bottom of the order list, and you will see a button that says, "My Downloadable Files." Click on this, and all of your previous orders and their content will be shown. See below.

How do I access VIP Learning Club content?

Once you're a member of the VIP Learning Club you receive 50% off the list price of all on-demand education products. You access these discounted prices by logging in to your account via the "Login" link at the top right of the DOD Store webpage.

Once purchased, content is delivered and accessed via email or can be accessed by logging into your store account.

When I try to access my content I get the message "You must be logged in to access this content." Help!

If you see this message, you may be prompted to create an account for the DOD Store. Be sure to use the same email address that is associated with your previous orders. 

Can I get a refund for my order?

All sales are final. Refunds are not issued for CPEU content or for swag. If your swag item is defective, please contact for a replacement item.

What do I need to put on the line asking for Provider Code?

This section on the CPEU certificate may be left blank. It is not required for you to include the provider code on the certificate, as long as, the name of the organization is included.

Where are the Learning Needs Codes?

On our new continuing education programs (published on or after June 30, 2020), you’ll notice that there are no longer Learning Needs Codes listed. CDR has officially phased these out and is now exclusively using the Performance Indicators to characterize learning competencies. What does this mean for you? Performance Indicators listed on our CE programs will match with the ones you selected on your learning plan.

How do I cancel or reschedule my live webinar registration?

All registrants receive an email confirmation after registering for a live webinar. At the bottom of the confirmation email, there is a link to cancel the registration (see screenshot below). This will also grant a refund, if applicable. If you'd like to switch your registration to a different date, you are responsible for canceling the current registration and re-registering for the correct date.

When do I receive my CE certificate after attending a live webinar? Or after watching a webinar I purchased from the store?

Live webinars: An email with a link to the CE certificate is sent out 1 hour after the webinar ends. Slides are also included in this email. Note that the certificate and slides are accessed via a link in the email; the files are too large to be sent as an attachment.

On-demand webinars from the store: The CE certificate can be found using the same link that directed you to the webinar. Please see the following screenshot.

I received a promo code, but there is no place to enter the code during checkout.

At this time, all promo codes must be used in the DOD Store. Enter the code at checkout. Promo codes cannot be used for live webinar registrations.

Will I receive a recording of the live webinar registration?

At this time, we do not distribute copies of the live webinar recording. If you're unsure if you can attend, all webinars are recorded and will be offered as self-study courses in the DOD Store the following week.

I registered for a live webinar, but I wasn’t able to attend. Can I still access the webinar?

We understand that plans sometimes change. If you decide you cannot attend a live webinar but have already registered, you can cancel your registration using the link at the bottom of your confirmation email. If you purchased your registration, you will receive a refund when you cancel in this way. While we do not distribute the webinar recordings, they are available in our Store.

I have a large group of dietitians who would like to watch a live webinar together. Is that possible?

Yes! Please contact us at to make arrangements for a group. Many groups will qualify for a discount.

I am an active employee with Dietitians On Demand and am currently on an assignment. Do I receive any employee perks?

DOD employees who are currently on assignment have an opportunity to register for live webinars during the free early bird registration period. Once the early bird window closes, please contact your Regional Account Manager for registration details.
